ILLINOIS ADVENTURE tekked to Bishop Hill to tour the buildings and talk about the history of the Swedish settlement that dates back to the mid-19th century. The program also looked at rare books and special collections at the University of Illinois, traveled to Roxana to visit the Shell Museum, and visited Vishnu Springs near Macomb to view all that remains of a mineral-water resort and a town that sprang up around it.
